Welcome to MIX Life LLC (hereafter referred to as "MIX Life ", "We" or "We"). This Agreement is available at www. MIX Life .com and other owned websites or mobile applications.

MIX Life LLC ("Websites") and for your purchase and/or use of any MIX Life product or service in the United States.

1. Agreement

2. Eligibility

At MIX Life , our goal is to create a positive, rewarding and safe experience in connection with our Websites. 4. MIX Life Independent Consultants

MIX Life products and services are sold through MIX Life 's network of Independent Consultants, each of which is MIX Life independent distributor.

Online shopping is carried out and sold directly by MIX Life in connection with a MIX Life Internet Independent Advisor. You do not need to be an Independent Advisor to purchase MIX Life 's products or services. If

When you register your account online with MIX Life , you will receive a MIX Life identification number ("MIX Life ID"). In addition to MIX Life Independent Advisors, Preferred Customers and Customers who want to access account information online must also create a password. You are responsible for any activity under your MIX Life ID. You must immediately notify MIX Life of any actual or unauthorized use of your MIX Life ID. 8. U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Customer Return Policy

Customers (including Preferred Customers) are offered a 30-day money-back guarantee on all MIX Life products. Independent Advisor Return Policy

MIX Life Independent Advisors have the right to return 100% of the purchase price on product inventory and Business Assistants and Business Vehicles purchased within one year of the return date at any time. MIX Life may request that the Independent Advisor leave the business relationship as a result of a refund. MIX Life Independent Advisors may trade products equally or at similar value.

9.Property and Copyright Restrictions

MIX Life owns and operates the Websites. Licensors of the Websites, including, but not limited to, software, content, text, photos, images, graphics, video, audio, hypermedia elements, and compilation ("Content") as a whole, unless specified in MIX Life or otherwise. You must comply with any additional copyright notices or restrictions on the Websites or elsewhere. 21. Arbitration Agreement

Dispute resolution for MIX Life Independent Advisors is subject to MIX Life Independent Advisor Policies and Procedures. If you are not a MIX Life Independent Advisor, you agree that you and MIX Life will resolve any dispute between us through binding and final arbitration rather than court proceedings. Any arbitration initiated pursuant to this section waives the right (each a "Claim") to be judged by a jury of any disputes, claims, counterclaims or other disputes arising out between you and MIX Life in connection with the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C§ 1 and its continuation, the Service or this Agreement. All Claims will be submitted by JAMS for binding arbitration pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures ("JAMS Rules") or equivalent rules and procedures in force during arbitration. Arbitration will be heard and determined by a single arbitrator. In any such arbitration, the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on the parties and can be applied in any competent judicial court.

If you show that arbitration costs will be obstructive compared to litigation costs, MIX Life will pay the administrative costs and arbitrator fees required for arbitration as much as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration costs from being obstructive. . 22. Waiver

Any delay or negligence by any party in exercising any right or authority upon any violation or default by the other party in connection with any condition of this Agreement shall not harm or waive any such right or authority. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be waived or
