Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MIX. you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30-days of receipt as long as the items ordered are unopened in the original packaging.  The order will not qualify for a full refund if the appropriate number of items are not present or if they are received damaged.

How To Start Your Return

Email us through our contact form on our website or at info@mixlife.biz with details explaining why you would like to return the items.

Go to the website and click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.

Complete the form and click submit *Once this is complete please allow up to 48 business hours for us to review your request. Once approved, we will email you with a shipping label.

Print the label and tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

Returning User with MyAccount: Log in at office.mixlife.biz. 

Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner.

Log in to your account using your email address and password.

Locate the order you wish to return. On the right side click on the link that says, “Return Items?” (It’s under the order ship status).

Update the quantity field on the right.

Select your return reason for your return

Select the return action: replacement, refund or store credit

You have the option to provide any additional comments or notes for our review

Click the “Submit Return Request” button

Important Reminders

Make sure the merchandise is unopened and shipped in the original box . Remember the products you are shipping back should be in the state you received them. 

It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the MIX. Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
